Description

Improving on a ski that was already exceptional in their own right, the new Atomic Maverick 96 CTI is smooth and ambitious yet balanced and powerful. With the same CTI construction found in the 105, a new sidecut, flex pattern and 5% more tail rocker the result is a more lively and agile ski that doesn’t skimp on power or versatility. The updated core mixes both carbon and titanal laminates with a poplar/ash woodcore to create a ton of stability and shock absorption, running smoothly when pushed to higher speeds and extremely responsive between edge transitions. Bringing the unique HRZN 3D into the equation and slightly more rocker in the tail of the ski they maintain effortlessly maneuverable when taken off-piste in softer fresh snow, chopped up variable conditions later in the day or tighter more technical lines.
