Libtech T-Rice Horse Power C2

When Travis Rice feels like sending it on massive backcountry booters or cruising around his home resort of Jackson Hole, he grabs the Lib Tech T.Rice Pro C2-BTX HP Blunt Tip Snowboard. Horsepower construction sets the T.Rice HP apart from the standard version, offering performance that's not only lighter and stronger, but also more environmentally-friendly. This freestyle deck also has a twin shape, powerful profile, and responsive feel to help Travis crush jumps and stomp next-level tricks whether he's ripping powder or the park.

C2-BTX Power Banana technology features rocker between the bindings for a floaty and forgiving ride in powder, with camber zones extending from the bindings to the tip and tail to give it a more aggressive feel that provides edge hold on hard pack and pop off of jumps. Magne-Traction edges slice through ice like a knife so you can hold an edge on the slickest slopes, and a twin shape and centered stance allows for easy switch riding.

Horsepower construction means that this board forgoes traditional fiberglass in favor of environmentally-friendly basalt fibers. Not only is it more responsive and lighter than fiberglass, it's stronger too. The paulownia, Colombian Gold, and aspen core uses sustainably-harvested wood for a board that's light and poppy, and the Bio Beans topsheet is made from castor beans instead of petroleum-based plastics. Birch internal sidewalls offer an eco-friendlier way to crank up durability and response, and they're buffered by UHMW external sidewalls for impact resistance. A durable and highly-absorbent sintered base rounds things out to keep you moving fast. Best of all, you can ride easy knowing that your snowboard was built in USA in an environmentally-conscious facility by snowboarders with jobs.
